PREPARATION AND PHYSICO-CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WATER-SOLUBLE COMPLEX OF THE GOSSYPOL DERIVATIVE

The article is devoted to the study of process obtaining a new water-soluble complex imino derivative gossypol, its physicochemical and structural parameters. N-polyvinylpyrrolidone (N-PVP, M.m. 8000) for medical use was chosen obtain gossypol. During study, we tested methods several complexes, which are proposed in classical literature information resources. following method used complex: gossypol mixed with polymer at room temperature 24 hours solvent system (acetone : water 3 1). Thus, N-PVP obtained, purified dried. yield final product 75.35%.
 To spectral properties obtained substances, modern UV IR spectroscopy instruments were used. results analyzed compared data presented scientific literature. structure resulting supramolecular proposed.
